Terms and Conditions of Use ivip9

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ivip9 platform.

• Use a strong and unique password for your ivip9 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.
• Do not log in to your account using public devices or unsecured WiFi networks.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Ivip9 is not liable for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account login credentials.

Ivip9 supports multiple payment methods including DuitNow Transfer, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed by your bank or payment provider.

For withdrawals, the processing timeframe is as follows based on membership tier:

• Standard Member: Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in your account, subject to KYC verification.
• VIP Member: Withdrawals are prioritised with faster processing times in accordance with each member's respective VIP tier benefits.

General terms applicable to all ivip9 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the stated wagering requirement.
• Each player is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.

• Self-exclusion requests made by the member themselves.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met, including completed KYC verification.

To the extent permitted by law, ivip9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members in their use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account information.
• Device incompatibility or internet connection issues causing disruptions during gameplay.
