Ivip9 uses multiple layers of security to ensure your account and funds are always protected — even when you log in from different devices.
Every piece of data transmitted during login is encrypted using banking-grade SSL standards — the same used by Maybank and CIMB.
An additional security layer via SMS OTP ensures only you can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
Our system monitors every login session and will alert you immediately if a login is detected from an unrecognised location or device.
The ivip9 password system uses one-way hashing that cannot be decrypted. Your password is never stored and cannot be viewed by anyone, including our staff.
Your account will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity to keep you safe, especially when using a shared or public device.
A strict KYC process ensures every account is held by a real individual. This protects all members from fraud and unauthorised access.
Logging in to your ivip9 account is a quick and straightforward process, but there are a few important things to know to ensure a smooth and secure login experience every time.
First, make sure you are using the Malaysian phone number registered to your ivip9 account or the username you created during registration. Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure Caps Lock on your keyboard is not accidentally turned on while typing.
When you log in from a new device for the first time, the ivip9 system will send an OTP code to your registered phone number as an additional verification step. This is a standard security procedure that protects your account from unauthorised access.
For a smoother login experience, you can select the "Remember me" option on your personal device. This option will securely save your session information until you choose to manually log out.
For ivip9 mobile app users, you also have the option to use biometric authentication such as fingerprint or facial recognition for faster login. This feature can be enabled from the security settings in the app after your first login.
Occasionally you may experience some difficulty logging in to your ivip9 account. This is normal and most issues can be resolved easily. Here are the most common causes and how to fix them:
If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, don't hesitate to contact the ivip9 customer support team via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team will help you restore account access in no time.
Beware of fake websites impersonating ivip9. Always ensure you are logging in at the correct URL and that the connection is secure (HTTPS). ivip9 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Many ivip9 players prefer logging in via the mobile app as it offers a faster, more responsive and more convenient experience compared to the web browser version. The ivip9 app is available for free download and is compatible with most modern Android and iOS smartphones.
The key advantage of logging in via the app is that you can use biometric authentication — fingerprint or Face ID — which eliminates the need to type your password every time. This is not only faster but also more secure, as biometric verification is far harder to fake than a plain text password.
In addition, the ivip9 app also sends push notifications to keep you informed about the latest promotions, sports match results and your withdrawal status — all the key information you need so you never miss an exciting opportunity.
To start using the app, download it from the App on this website, install it on your device, and log in using your existing account credentials. No new registration required — your ivip9 account works across all platforms.
One of the most anticipated features for loyal ivip9 members every time they log in is the progression of their VIP status. ivip9 runs a tiered VIP programme that continuously rewards active players — the more you play, the more privileges you earn.
Every bet you place contributes to your VIP points accumulation. Once you reach the designated points threshold, you are automatically upgraded to a higher VIP tier with better privileges including higher withdrawal limits, exclusive VIP-tier bonuses, a personal account manager and access to exclusive promotions not available to regular members.
Track your VIP progress directly from your account dashboard each time you log in. Your latest VIP status, accumulated points and rewards available to claim are all clearly displayed for your reference.
Having trouble logging in? The ivip9 support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat on the platform. We typically respond in under 2 minutes.
